Over one to two weeks I map your current system end to end: inquiries, scheduling, communication, delivery, follow-up, documents, tools, and the recurring admin that quietly eats your week. Then I hand you a clear findings document. Where things are breaking, what is too dependent on you, and a prioritized roadmap of the fixes worth doing, in order.
You walk away with a real plan you can act on, whether you build it yourself, hand it to someone else, or have me build it.
$1,500, fixed. If you move forward with a build within 30 days, the full audit fee is credited toward it.
Build it: Pilot to Playbook
One system, built, tested, documented, and handed off so it runs without you.
We take the single system from the audit that will lift the most weight off you, and over 60 to 90 days I build it for real. That means the working tool or automation, defined goals so you can tell it is working, and a deployment document and SOPs so the system belongs to your business instead of living in my head. By the end it runs without me, and without you holding it together.

$4,500, fixed, for one defined system. Larger or multi-system builds are quoted from the audit, so the number is real before we begin.
